Chloe Grace Medlock - Jack
Me and Chloe had more of a best friend relationship then we did a brother and sister. I would want to go fishing but have no one to go with and Chloe would be right by my side, asking what lure to throw and how to tie the hook on. She wanted to learn because she knew it was important to me and that meant it was important to her. Chloe had a way with people I will never understand. It was beautiful, she could walk into a room and could cheer everyone up just by being there. She was also my concert buddy. If there was a concert I wanted to go to and she was in Georgia, Chloe was there by my side. It didn't matter who was playing or where it was, yet again if it was important to me it was important to her.
I’m going to finish by listing some of my favorite things about my And Chloe’s relationship.
◦ 3 am phone calls when I had work at 5 or 6 am and I would still answer.
◦ Being her personal over the phone mechanic (and Shae too, one day we will get you out of the Duramax and into a Cummins buddy).
◦ Me knowing Chloe had someone to call for anything and everything and someone to talk at absolutely anytime.
And finally a song I have been listening to that I encourage y’all to listen to when you miss Chloe is “Give Heaven Some Hell” by Hardy. And especially the line “you had a wild side but you had amazing grace” when you hear that song look up and sing it with Chloe.
Chloe, please give heaven some hell for me.
Spoken from the heart of a brother with a broken heart!
